Finance Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a strong performer that can collaborate with functional leaders from various teams to identify, define, and implement changes and improvements to meet business requirements in a dynamic environment. This is a significant role within the Worldwide Finance organization. As a key member of the Finance organization you will be encouraged to:


  • Perform sophisticated business and systems analysis work, perform root cause analysis and conduct requirements gathering/analysis following the Agile methodology.
  • Translate requirements into measurable work and deliverables, coordinating with Sr. Analysts and Developers.
  • Lead cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document and analyze business requirements and functional specifications. Includes identifying unspoken or conflicting requirements and challenging the norm.
  • Lead system configuration to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address limitations throughout the systems landscape. Must have hands-on experience in system configuration and matching to business requirements.
  • Key member of the evaluation and implementation teams to replace the current ERP.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • BS degree in Finance/information technology
  • 5+ years of systems analyst experience
  • Ability to manage large data sets and demonstrated experience in data analytics
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding Finance workflows
  • Inquisitive and collaborative
