Looking for Summer 2020 SoC Developer intern!
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work with our experienced software engineers to build features of SoC Blockset. This position requires someone who has an eye for detail and is passionate about hardware implementation of applications.
As an intern, you will receive a combination of practical experience and training in a work environment that fosters and rewards cooperation, teamwork, learning, and fun. You will get practical experience from design to FPGA/SoC implementation in a fun and fast-paced work environment and receive hands-on training on MATLAB and Simulink products. You will develop & test features related to simulation, verification and debugging on FPGA/SoC platforms.
This internship will prepare you for a career at MathWorks starting in our Engineering Development Group (EDG).
After training on MathWorks development processes and tools, you will work with the FPGA Targets and Verification team on:
Designing and upgrading Simulink blocks for hardware architecture simulation like external memory for SoC Blockset
Design and develop complex FPGA and Zynq designs using Xilinx Vivado
Build eye-catching demos for SoC Blockset interfacing with hardware and real-world data
Integrate designs into a complex system involving host, FPGA, embedded processor and radio frequency/Image sensor front end
Write automated tests
