Working under the direction of the Manager or Senior Team Lead, will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated testing software used by customers in the automotive industry; expanding Simulink capabilities in the automotive space; designing, testing, and delivering high quality Simulink blocks and reference applications, and ensuring mission critical quality in new Simulink features; designing, implementing, maintaining, and evolving a framework to support the next generation of automotive components that run across multiple platforms and devices; identifying product and testing requirements; participating in design reviews and ensuring feature testability; developing efficient and extensively automated test suites; designing and developing robust testing tools; communicating testing needs and quality reports to other engineers; and developing and monitoring metrics to assess feature quality.
