As a Senior Project Manager, you will partner with Marketing leadership and work closely with our Sales teams to help initiate, plan, track, and execute intricate projects from an idea to the final product or program. These projects deliver powerful and results-oriented deliverables and serve as an absolute priority for the department. Initial projects/programs will focus on driving Customer Success within the organization as well as building artifacts to support ongoing account engagement activities with our customers and adjacent Sales groups. Project deliverables will ensure customers achieve success while using our products as well as aligning our goals with the customer’s needs.  You will use your strong Project Management skills to gather project requirements, drive consensus, work through areas of ambiguity, and lead change management. This role will work as part of a growing project management team and will interface with multiple functional groups within the company and across the world.

Responsabilidades

Responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle, including:

  • Partner with Business Lead(s) to manage complex projects in support of Marketing and Sales  priorities
  • Prepare project charters and detailed plans using standard project management methodologies and best practices including Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid.
  • Identify, expose, and mitigate potential problems and inefficiencies
  • Maintain consistent communications about the project, especially with project stakeholders
  • Define and lead change management plans
  • Facilitate recurring project team stand-ups/meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Interface with and ensure alignment across multiple internal groups (i.e., Product/Industry Marketing, Marketing Programs, Sales, IT, etc.) across different geographies
  • Suggest solutions or a roadmap to complex projects and initiatives

 

Cualificaciones mínimas

  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
  • A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.

Cualificaciones adicionales

  • 2 or more years experience in technology companies
  • Experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to execute projects
  • Experience liaising with stakeholders across all levels of an organization
  • Expertise in managing complex change related to cross-organizational projects
  • Proven ability to drive consensus keeping business goals at the center of negotiations
  • Ability to handle uncertainty and change
  • Experience developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals
  • Ability to influence others to get things done, collaborative in driving decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Prior work with Marketing, Sales and/or Customer Success Teams
  • Time management, organizational, strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a team

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Customer Success related projects and/or programs
  • Experience working on projects that require a high level of change management within the organization
