Senior Solutions Engineer - Cloud Deployment

Apply your knowledge and work closely with customers with cutting-edge applications to accelerate their adoption of desktop and enterprise deployment solutions in MATLAB.  Help MathWorks' product development teams meet the evolving needs of our customers to operationalize and deploy their MATLAB applications and algorithms as desktop applications or in production cloud environments. 

Responsabilidades

In this role, you will:

  • Drive strategic engagements with customers to enable successful usage of MathWorks deployment products
  • Resolve complex customer questions related to deploying enterprise and cloud applications and simulations
  • Bring the user perspective to the product development process
  • Mentor engineers in their technical and career growth
  • Be a part of a diverse community of application deployment and technical computing experts within MathWorks

 Keys to your success will be:

  • Experience in software development and programming languages
  • Creative problem-solving of technical issues
  • Identifying emerging and systemic needs of our customers
  • Adaptability and effective collaboration in cross-functional environment

Cualificaciones mínimas

  • A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Cualificaciones adicionales

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of OOP language like Python and at least one other language like JavaScript, .NET
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills (effectively articulate ideas and provide feedback)
  • Knowledge and experience with MathWorks products is a plus
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with cloud technology is a plus
