Are you an experienced product manager looking for a leadership role in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Modeling (LLM)?

You will leverage your product management expertise, application knowledge, and collaboration skills to expand the use of MATLAB AI/ML and LLM products in industry and academia. You will collaborate with product development teams and stakeholders on product direction, planning, launch, and sales enablement, with a focus on AI/ML and LLM applications.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience working with cross-functional teams, and global sales and marketing teams.

Responsabilidades

  • AI/ML and LLM: Lead product management and marketing efforts for AI/ML area, from traditional data analytics to embedded AI and virtual sensor modeling, as well as LLM applications, such as retrieval augmented generation, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • Product Management: Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver on product plans. This includes market problem and requirements synthesis, competitive assessment, win/loss analysis, finance and usage data analysis, product roadmaps, and growth opportunity incubation. It also includes developing buyer personas, positioning, and differentiated messages.
  • Content Development: Plan and create content, ensuring consistent and reinforcing messages to drive awareness and adoption across multiple marketing channels and global locations. This includes web pages, offers, videos, technical papers, conference talks, and event content.
  • Sales Support: Equip customer-facing teams with the knowledge and tools necessary to successfully prospect, qualify, sell, and drive adoption. This includes customer presentations, demos, differentiators, and selling tactics. Visit and engage with leading customers to validate the selling model and gather direct voice-of-customer feedback.
  • Thought Leadership: Exhibit thought leadership by presenting at conferences, seminars, and other customer events.
  • Impact: Measure business impact and develop plans to enhance market presence and growth in both commercial industries and academia.

Cualificaciones mínimas

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Knowledge of python
  • Experience with machine learning

Cualificaciones adicionales

  • Successful experience in all phases of product management, including market assessment, strategy, partnerships, positioning, launch, and sales enablement. Training and experience in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework is a plus.
  • Programming experience with MATLAB
  • Experience in LLM and NLP
  • Experience in Simulink, Model-Based Design, and Embedded AI.
  • Aptitude in working with software development, marketing, application engineering, and sales teams in a highly collaborative, consensus-based team environment.
  • Candidate should expect to travel about 10% of the time.
