This position will work extensively with our Enterprise account teams to define and execute a training services selling strategy to engage effectively with key decision makers.  The primary responsibility will be to determine learning and development infrastructure within engineering teams, identify key decision makers, and develop key engagement strategies, which can be documented and reproduced within similar accounts.  This role requires senior-level capabilities to work with customers and account teams to illustrate service value to best support key projects.

Responsabilidades

  • Identifying and engaging with the company learning culture and budget process to uncover new opportunities and selling approaches.
  • Grow and maintain relationship with key customer contacts to drive increased collaboration on technical learning and development.
  • Defining and executing an account training strategy which includes identifying key projects, illustrating training ROI, engaging with decision makers, and building user demand.
  • Diversifying the activity portfolio across various projects, teams, and learners, and utilizing proven tools to understand and address learner needs.
  • Leveraging the extended team including Enterprise Sales teams, Training Managers, as well as Senior Training Engineers who can define service solutions
  • Working with Sales, Industry Marketing , and Application Engineering to manage prospecting initiatives.
  • Utilizing existing engagement resources, and contributing additional resources based on learned experience.

Cualificaciones mínimas

  • A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.

Cualificaciones adicionales

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree with MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of technology business development or customer success experience
  • Success positioning training services for technical programs
  • Experience with positioning services as part of product sale or exclusively
  • Business development and executive level engagement experience
  • Advanced negotiation, prospecting, funnel management, and presentation skills
  • Data analysis skills in gathering, processing, analyzing, and presenting data
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of time
  • US Citizen, aerospace, defense, and auto experience
