MathWorks is seeking an engineer with experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to join our Consulting Services team. In this role you will use your experience with industry-standard SysML tools to help our customers become self-sufficient in the use of System Composer and Simulink for architecting, designing and analyzing their engineered systems. This role will support customers in diverse industries, including aerospace and defense, energy production, automotive, and industrial automation. Projects comprise advisory services, coaching, process assessments, third-party tools integration, and custom solutions development.
Responsabilidades
- Lead consulting engagements and deliver technical services to customers (~50% of time)

Deliver consulting services to key customers to integrate MathWorks tools for MBSE into their digital engineering workflows, including transitioning to SysML v2
- Understand the customer’s development processes and engineering challenges
- Collaborate with account teams to articulate the value of MBSE, build tool adoption and create implementation plans
- Conceive, prototype, and evaluate potential solution strategies
- Work both independently and in teams to ensure customer enablement and success
Cualificaciones mínimas
- Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
Cualificaciones adicionales
- Expertise in industry standard SysML MBSE tools such as Cameo, Capella, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
- Experience with MATLAB and Simulink in industry
- Experience with MBSE methodologies and frameworks such as Arcadia, MagicGrid, Harmony, and UAF
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects with the ability to prioritize and multi-task based upon changing business and external demands
- Must be willing to travel based on business needs (~25%)
- Candidates must be able to work on US defense projects
