We are looking for a Sales Reporting Analyst to join our Worldwide Sales Operations team (in Natick, MA). This role is responsible for developing and maintaining sales reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and help drive strategic decision-making. This role involves understanding, translating, and organizing sales departmental data into comprehensive reports to support worldwide sales teams and management.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and an understanding of sales processes.

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI.
Develop expertise in sales-related data-marts and how to apply the data to meet the needs of various sales departments.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and refine requirements, ensuring reports meet the needs of the business users.
Help define and drive business requirements with the Data Warehouse to ensure that our data-models can support the needs as business processes, roles and workflows evolve.
Provide training and support to enable business users to effectively interpret and apply data and metrics ensuring reports and dashboards align with departmental goals.
Provide technical expertise to enhance data literacy across teams.
Develop expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI.
Strong interest or experience in utilizing relational databases to provide dynamic reporting, interactive dashboards in a business setting.
Familiarity with advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, or similar BI tools.
Experienced in project management with strong skills in prioritization and clear communication.
Analytical mindset, able to present clear and practical recommendations to the stakeholders.
