What controlled design suitable for my simscape block? I would like to control the speed of the hydraulic cylinder for extending and retracting motion.

There are many examples of controlling the position of actuators using directional valves in the Documentation, some open-loop and some closed-loop. Check those out and see if similar ideas apply in your case.
