haw to load the .hex file generated from simulink (Emmbedded coder support package for STMicroelectronics STM32F4 - Discovery Board) in to the STM Board

i'm using the Emmbedded coder support package for STMicroelectronics STM32F4 - Discovery Board, and i'm testing the first example gived with the support package (Getting Started with STMicroelectronics STM32F4-Discovery Support Package), after building the model i have three files :
  • .hex
  • .bin
  • .elf
my question is, haw can i load those files in to my STM32F4 board.
