Say you are generating lots of plots from the scope in simulink and you want to make them all look nicer using a consistent format (i.e. axis title and legend fond sizes and color, axis lables, gridlines etc.), what is the most efficient way to apply the same formatting to all these plots without having to use Property Inspector to manually change each feature of each plot?

Instead of using Scope, save the signal data using "To Workspace" or "To File" block. Write a M-script function to plot.
see plot(), title(), grid(), axis(), legend()
