Hello,
I would like to know how we can get the Accel and angular accel out of the Custom Variable Mass 6DOF (Euler angles) block in the new 2025a version.
First of all why did they do that and added the new 6dof accell blocks ?
And does someone have an updated doc to use that with the new block ?
Also the setting needed to be able to calculate the accel with the other block when using custom variable mass doesn't exist ? and exist for simple variable mass, is there a way to revert that change and use old block in new version like 2025b ?

Hi Noé,
Starting in MATLAB R2025a, the acceleration output ports were removed from all 6DOF blocks, including the Custom Variable Mass 6DOF (Euler Angles) block. The previous “Include inertial acceleration” option has been replaced by “Output mass properties for acceleration computation.” You can now use these outputs (mass, inertia, etc.) to manually compute acceleration. This change improves model generality for varying mass/inertia cases. Unfortunately, older block behaviour cannot be restored directly in R2025a or newer.
