If you have the DVD, look at the install_guide.pdf (specifically chapter 3) for instructions on how to create the installer properties file and execute the installer. If you downloaded the installer, I believe that file is one of the ones extracted when you first execute it.
If you can't find it on the DVD or in the files extracted from the installer, you can access the PDF document online.
