I need to ask some questions about the matlab connections program

I need to ask the following questions about the Matlab connections program:

Question 1: Who is the program contact to ask question to? Question 2: I notice the connections program requires a free product. "Third-party products deployed using the MATLAB Compiler or the MATLAB Builder products are not eligible for the Connections Program." What is required to offer commercial products on Matlab?

The Connections Program does not require a free product.

My assessment is that the main requirement of the Connection Program is that the software must sell MATLAB licenses (or be of use to those who already have MATLAB licenses.) You can charge for your software or service, but if your customers do not already have a MATLAB license they would have to buy one to run whatever product is being supported by the Connections Program.
