How to make parameters Tunable in a protected model? Matlab 2015b

Could someone let me know if it is possible to make the parameters tunable in a protected simulink model? I'm generating the protected model using Matlab/Simulink 2015b. If it is possible, please let me know how to.

Hi, did you ever find an answer to this? and are you talking about model parameters or blocks within the model? (I can edit block's parameters but not model ones).
