Where can I find the ros-message definition in matlab2016b? And how to modify it?

Hi, When I am trying to control my robot running in the ros-indigo through control_msgs/FollowJointTrajectory in matlab2016b, some error appears in the ros terminal. It says the md5 of the topic FollowJointTrajectoryActionResult in ros-indigo and matlab2016b are different. How can I fix this problem? Additionally,where can I find the ros-message definition in matlab2016b? can I modify it?
