matlab compiler output exe can't run in win10

I use matlab app (Application Compiler) to compiler one *.mlapp to *.exe,the *.exe can work in win7 or win8,but not work in win10.
My PC use matlab2017a and Windows 10 Education.
The *.mlapp is example BloodPressure.mlapp.
