How can i do a spider diagram (rhomboidal)?

Hello everyone,
I have to insert a vector in a spider diagram (like that of excel). I mean the 5-point rhomboid. My idea is that at the top of every corner of the vector there is a label with the name of the indicator or to which I refer. The corresponding values of each indicator range from 1 to 5. The spider diagram would therefore have been scaled from 1 to 5. Visually is a series of 5 rhombus (one inside the other) representing this condition rating (1 to 5).
The input of the diagram is a vector that collects all of these numbers (one per each category) rhombus vertex.
I tried to look for something on the internet but I only found indications on radar and non-rhomboid charts as I am looking for.
Can anyone help me?

See the following pages with Matlab's plotting capability and examples - I suspect you'r best achieving the radar plot with the polar plot funciton:
