Matlab 2015b I get an error when trying to install the arm cortex vex app. How do i fix this?

I have installed the Matlab 2015b due to my operating system being windows 32bit. I tried to install the arm cortex controller and I have set Matlab to open as administrator, but I am getting an error as soon as Matlab opens:

Error using open (line162) Invalid MEX-file C:\Windows\system32\ver.dll: C:\Windows\system32\ver.dll is not a valid Win32 application.

then I click on the arm cortex option in the folders to the right and it opens the installer. The installer will go almost to the end and then it will quit and give me the following error:

We get the same error when trying to install the Simulink Coder Support Package for ARM Cortex-based VEX Controller on 2015b. Since you have had no response, I assume that you have the not found a solution for your problem. This package is supposed to be valid for versions 2014a-2018b, but will not install without the error you give.

ProjectFiles.zip is empty, which is why you get the error. It has something to do with PROS (Purdue Robotics OS). I cannot tell if the problem is with the download or with the update. I will try to figure out something. If I come up with anything, I will let you know.

I do not think that Mathworks cares one way or another. Our lab has Windows 32-bit machines and Macs, no money for new equipment. Try installing Mathworks software on student MACs, linking the compiler, etc... We will probably just go with EasyC and call it good.
