How to calculae angular and linear speed of movent by Archimedes spiral

I have a 25 mm disk target, and 1 KHz repetition rate laser (1000 pulses per second). Laser hit target. I need to rotate and move target the way, that each laser pulse hit new point on target. Laser spot diameter is ~50 um, distance between shots on target can be 50 um. The movement trajectory would be Archimedes spiral. How to calculate linear and angular speed. The target should be covered uniformly.
