How to simulate rayleigh fading

Hello,

I am trying to work on simulating rayleigh fading in matlab. but online there are different ways to proceed with that. WIth focus on mainly dealing with reflected and multipath fading ways how should i show calculation of rayleigh fading values.

I have tried with many ways from using the rayleighchan, comm.RayleighChannel etc but I am not able to understand with the particualr intention i have. Kindly provide insights and suggestions to deal with this issue.
