step 1: First Understand the NOMA with 2 users

step 2: Input parameters like no of atennas and no of users, modulation order ,no of symbols to be tansmitted

step 3 calculate the channel vector H

step 4:calculate uniform precoding matrix

step 5: calculate the recived signal with SIC

step 6: calculate the sum rate

step 7: calculate the BER based on conditional probability

step 8: Calculate the Average of BER of { so,s1,..........s16}
