Arduino can't connect to Matlab R2019b

I have my arduino connected to matlab and I cannot connect to it. If I use the arduino program, arduino IDE it works perfectly fine, but when i try to establish a connection using matlab it's cannot connect.
Got any ideas why this is the case?

Yeah out of no where i just restarted matlab and it works now
