Installaion of toolbox in SPM12

Hi
I am trying to use a new toolbox. I download it, extract it and put it to my SPM12/toolbox folder and then I set path. However, when I am in Batch Editor and press SPM and then tools I can not see the toolbox.
Any idea on how o fix it?
