How to find the time elapsed until a peak, and automate the amplitude and width finding process of that peak?

I'm attaching a figure of the two signals I have. I just want to look at the peaks within the first 20 miliseconds for each of those signals, and automatically find the amplitude of the peaks, along with the times at which they occurred. Is there any simple code to automate this whole process?
You can assume the two signals to each be an array of values, to make it simple. I would just like a rough idea of how I should proceed.
