how to keep the outer boundary of alphaShape without loosing it's volume?

hi,i'm having a problem with the slow loading of alphaShapes (>2 million points (3D)).

im looking for a method to keep only the outer boundary of the shape without loosing its volume (the inner points).

i've tried boundaryFacet and its gives me a shape wich is empty inside .
