Rotation and mesh of triangle window at X(f) to create the same in X(f1,f2)

Hi I need to rotate around the z axis a vector with a triangle window in the frequency domain, X(f) and create a corresponding meshed matrix window at X(f1,f2) in the bi-frequency domain (f1,f2). My X(f) =[0 1 0.50 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0].

Finally i found the way to solve the linear realization (please see attached files).
Here is the output of my solution for [MelFB2D,MelFB1D]=MelFBanks2D(10000, 256, 20);

The top is the filter that i have in the frequency f. Then, i need to create a 2D filter that will be produced either wth linear mesh (middle) or with rotational mesh (bottom). So, the 2D filter X(f1,f2) will actually keep only the frequencies within these stripes (actualy i have a series of triangles so a series of stripes will be generated; here i just show the first one).
