Question about subsystem switch

Dear mathlab engineer, I want to switch model(some times I want to add some additional ridig transform and solid parts into my system,some times I want to ignore them,and want to control by parameter)
but seems that the switch case can not connect with this B/F ports(not the same type),is there any way to do that?
as you can see, only way is just comment them out when do not want to use them(but when system going bigger,it will cost losts of time)
