For two resistors in series (e.g., Ra and Rb), the equivalent resistance is Ra + Rb. For two resistors in parallel (e.g., Rc and Rd), the equivalent resistance is 1 / (1/Rc + 1/Rd). With this information and the figure in your question, you should be able to compute the equivalent resistance of the entire circuit.
Tip: Take it one step at a time -- start with R6 and R7.
