Webapp : Excel ActiveX server fails to open

I'm currently developping a webapp that have to use an Excel activeX server. I use this activeX server to read and generate formatted Excel files (colors, columns width, ...).

When I use the webapp (not in Matlab, but well as a webapp on a internet browser), the Excel activeX server fails to open.

The server user account associated to webapps is the default one "MwWebAppWorkerR2020b". It has its rights set to "standard user", by default.

I have tried to set "MwWebAppWorkerR2020b" rights to "administrator". In this case, the Excel activeX server succeed to open.

Administrator is too high rights level, I want to let "MwWebAppWorkerR2020b" rights to "standard user". There is certainly just one or two option that explains activeX fail in "standard user" but not in "administrator". What option difference beetween "administrator" and "standard user" could explain this different behavior when create an Excel activeX server ?
