Two-pore physiologically-based pharmacokinetics (PBPK) for biologics describes the tissue distribution and elimination kinetics of soluble proteins as a function of their hydrodynamic radius and the physiological properties of the organs. Any size, valency, affinity can be implemented. Model is automatically buildt for mouse, rat, monkey and human variants.
PBPKassembler is a a collection of scripts that allows rapidly to build and debug highly customizable cross-modality/cross-species biologics PBPK models for SimBiology.
Version 7.3 follows full compatibility with Matlab 2022a abut is expected to be compatible also with earlier versions. Specifically, in the previous version 5.0 (https://uk.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/82144-biologics-pbpk-model-builder-for-matlab-simbiology?s_tid=srchtitle) the properties of the molecular species were specifiable in SimBiology GUI 'Tag' field, which is no longer directly accessible in version 2020a and later. Instead, the 'Notes' field is now used for the same purpose. A brief introduction/description is added.
All other features are unchanged. The script requires SimBiology Toolbox and final model is fully Matlab/SimBiology compliant.
