This function does not require any toolbox (thanks to some functions by Star Strider). The second advantage of this function is that it returns all the handles in a struct so it is easy to modify any object (changing the text sizes, or changing the plot type).

Hi Rik,

Thank you very much for answering - I've followed your instructions and edited the example data replacing with my numbers and it's worked perfectly. I'll also go ahead and complete the OnRamp course now.

Thanks again

Olivia

You can download this submission and use it like any function you would write yourself. If you're new to Matlab I would strongly suggest doing a tutorial (e.g. the OnRamp course provided for free by Mathworks, https://matlabacademy.mathworks.com ). That will teach you how to use Matlab much better than I could explain in a comment.

But if you insist, the easiest way if you don't understand Matlab at all is probably to edit the example data.

Hi Rik,

Thank you for the file. Would you be able to tell me exactly where I am supposed to enter my x and y variables into your file please? I'm completely new to MATLAB and am unsure as to how to enter my variables to create a bland Altman for my data set. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Olivia
