    About the Presenter

    Dr. Philip Laserstein & Steve Schaefer are part of the Academic Customer Success team at MathWorks and help academics in their teaching and research with MATLAB and Simulink.

    Prior to his role at MathWorks, Philip was a Neuroscience PhD student at the Max-Planck Institute for Brain Research in Frankfurt where he explored the biological structures of neuronal networks in mammalian brains.

    Steve holds a M.Sc. degree in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and worked in the technical support group at MathWorks for 1 year before joining the Academic Customer Success team.
