The PQL class ParameterList represents the node parameter_list in the syntax tree of your code.

`is(required ParameterList &plist)`	Finds syntax nodes of the type `ParameterList` and returns them as `plist`. This represents a function parameter list.
`isa(Cpp.Node.Node node)`	Checks if `node` is a `ParameterList`.
