`is(required SehExceptClause &sehExceptClause)`	Finds syntax nodes of the type `SehExceptClause` in your C/C++ code and returns them as `sehExceptClause`. A `SehExceptClause` represents the `__except` clause used in Microsoft Structured Exception Handling (SEH).
