Add Course to Sakai

If an LMS administrator has already performed MATLAB^® and Simulink^® Online™ Courses integration with Sakai^®, you can add an online course from MATLAB and Simulink Online Courses as an assignment to your LMS course.

Perform the following steps to add an assignment:

1. In Sakai, go to the site where you want to add an online course from MATLAB and Simulink Online Courses as an assignment.

2. Select Lessons from the Tool menu.

   If Lessons is not visible

   1. Select Site Info > Manage Tools.

   2. Select Lessons from the list of tools.

   3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue.

   4. Click Finish.

3. Click Add Content +.

4. Select Add External Tool, located at the bottom of the list.

5. Click the tool name corresponding to MATLAB and Simulink Online Courses.

   For Tool Title, enter the assignment name.

6. Click Save.

To launch the assignment, click on the assignment name. Sakai launches the MATLAB and Simulink Online Courses interface. You can then select a course from MATLAB and Simulink Online Courses to add to your Sakai assignment.
