Third-Party Cluster Configuration
Configure your MATLAB Parallel Server installation to work with the third-party schedulers Slurm, Microsoft HPC Pack, PBS Pro and OpenPBS, Grid Engine, Torque, LSF®, Spark™, and Hadoop®. If you have a different scheduler, you can connect to your cluster using the generic scheduler interface.
Topics
- Configure for Slurm, Torque, LSF, PBS, Grid Engine, HTCondor, or AWS Batch
Configure MATLAB clients to submit jobs to a Slurm, LSF, Torque, PBS Pro and OpenPBS, Grid Engine, HTCondor, or AWS® Batch cluster.
- Configure for Microsoft HPC Pack
Configure your MATLAB Parallel Server installation to work with Microsoft HPC Pack or Compute Cluster Server (CCS).
- Configure Using the Generic Scheduler Interface
Use the generic scheduler interface when your scheduler does not have a built-in cluster type.
- Configure for Spark Clusters
Configure an existing Spark cluster to run MATLAB code using MATLAB Parallel Server.
- Configure for Hadoop Clusters
Configure an existing Hadoop cluster to run MATLAB code using MATLAB Parallel Server.
- Configure for Third-Party Scheduler Cluster Discovery
Optionally set up MATLAB to locate third-party scheduler clusters configured with the built-in or generic scheduler interface.
