frequency model. The default value is the analysis frequencies provided by the parent
object. If analysis frequencies are not available, the Frequency
property of the dielectric object is used.
Calculated Permittivity based on FrequencyModel. The returned
matrix is M rows by F columns where
M is the number of materials in the dielectric
substrate and F is the number of frequencies.
For the Constant and MeanDjordjevicSarker
models the matrix will be of size 1-by-M.
For the DjordjevicSarker and TableDriven
models the matrix will be of size F-by-M.
