Hello I have a matrix which contains 30 rows and 18 columns. The rows are observations for each column(variables). This matrix belong to three different groups manily G1 which has 11 rows and 18 colums,G2 which has 15 rows and 18 columns and G3 which has 4 rows and 18 colums. I want to compare the variables related to these three groups by a one-way annova. In the other words, I would like to have a vector of p-values for my variables in which each p-values shows the comparison of one variable among different groups. That is to say, finally I would have 18 p-values. Could you please kindly help me with? best
