can I used spheroidal window in matlab ,Idont found it in matlab??

As far as I know you can't. The GUI capabilities of MATLAB are very primitive. To do what you want to do I think you can use Visual Studio and investigate "skinning". Here's a tutorial: http://www.flipcode.com/archives/Win32_Window_Skinning.shtml
