Names of connected outputs to inports of selected subsystem

I want to get the proper name of the connected port but the get_param gives me the incorrect names:

block_of_interest_params = get_param(block_of_interest,'PortConnectivity');
connected_inports_handle = find_system(block_of_interest_params(i).SrcBlock,'SearchDepth',1,'LookUnderMasks','all','BlockType','Outport','Port',block_of_interest_params(i).Type)

I need to have port names of the outport that are connected to In5 and In6.

and my incorrect result:

correct is when tags out2 are out1.

What is in the loop i

is it inpports of connected_block_nameport(Right sub system or left subsytem) ?

i think you are giving indexing of right subsytem thats why its giving out2 and out3

The right subsystem have Out4, Out5, Out6 and I need Out1 and Out3.

In short: How can I get the name of the connected nameport, on the basis of SrcPort information, because as you can see below the numbers of portnums are correct. 0 is Out1 and is Out3. I have to get the names (Out1, Out3) instead of numbers 0 and 2.

block_of_interest_params is the right one, the 3 lines are also in the loop (incorrect copying). See above short question which resolve all of this :)

You cant directly get Name you have to extract outport of left subsystem.

Steps:

1) Get porthandle of right sub

2) trace back line and get outport pos like 2 in above of right sub sytem

3) extract out port and give index from step 2

I have one question - for my example it works, but when I used different model, the OPName is empty even there is a name of port. Do you know why? :) I asked here: 'get' do not provide the name of outports for some subsystems - MATLAB Answers - MATLAB Central (mathworks.com)
