How can I obtain the delay, jitter, packet loss, throughput intervals of 5G, WiFi 6 and LTE?

I have to generate a heterogenous wireless network environment composed of 3 cellular networks, 5G WIFI6 and LTE.

I am looking for a method or idea to generate the delay, jitter, packet loss, throughput of these networks, like the intervals of LTE UMTS WIMAX AND WIFI.
