There no External Mode simulation in simulink for Matlab 2019b, Why? How to add it to dropdown list?

i m trying to run getting started examples from Simulink support parckage for Arduino
my board is UNO pn port 4
all steps are checked successfully
hardware support package is installed and configured (for both matlab and simulink)

but there is no EXTERNAL mode in the simulation mode dropdown list
no SIL and no PIL mode also...

There was a major revamp of the Simulink Toolstrip in R2019b.
External mode option is now moved to HARDWARE Tab ->Monitor & Tune.
To run the model in external model, all you need to do is to click that Monitor & Tune button.
