Hello,
I'm trying to figure out the circuit diagram of the transformer model in question to understand the meaning of connection points A-, B- and C- for the model. Below is my current circuit diagram for the model.

I would be grateful if you could draw a circuit diagram of the transformer so that I can have a visual clarity of the connection points.

I can't cut and paste an image from the internet here, but please look up zig zag transformer pictures. You will see most of them take all three phases on the zig zag side and connect them all in Y to ground or N. This block does not ground or connect these phases and instead leaves them exposed to the model. This is why you see them externally grounded, as this is the typical way a zig zag is used, but not always, hence the connections be exposed for those who ant to wire it up in different configurations.
