How to use Artificial Bee Colony to optimize the gamma and sigma^2 parameter of LSSVM in Matlab ?

Hi guys! I have downloaded an Artificial Bee Colony package from http://yarpiz.com/297/ypea114-artificial-bee-colony and tried to apply it into my work on finding ways optimize the gamma and sigma^2 parameter of LSSVM.
When I loaded the data, I found these codings...
And these codings made me feeling super confused on how to change the codes to fit the parameters for LSSVM.
How should I adjust the above codings to find the optimized gamma and sigma^2 parameter of LSSVM in Matlab?
May I ask for your kindly help on this issue please? Thanks!
