is there any way in simulink where i can extract bit index values from a given fixed point representation?

hello all, i have constant value "31" represented using 5 binary bits , now i want to extract only [1],[3],[4] binary bits of that representation and i wanna concat them , which simulink block can i use, extracts bit block in simulink is not performing this operation?
