How to simulate Device to device communication underlying LTE - advanced networks using Vienna LTE simulators

i have to write a code for proportional fair scheduling based resource allocation for device to device communication (D2D) underlying LTE-advanced networks. I have the Vienna LTE simulator. It is a complete LTE-A mobile environment. I don't know how to modify this code so that it can satisfy my needs. This code is so big contains many functions, Object Oriented programming in Mat Lab. I need to assign some mobiles as D2D TX & RX, share some freq with cellular users, need to control D2D TX power, calculate data rates of each D2D & over all cell. Any help & suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.
