i have downloaded deep learning zip file how to proceed with that??

what to do with thw zip files...if i open and run it shows error

Are you referring to https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/38310-deep-learning-toolbox ?

"Deprecation notice. This toolbox is outdated and no longer maintained.

There are much better tools available for deep learning than this toolbox, e.g. Theano, torch or tensorflow"

The code there was not designed for R2014b or later.
