BW Image Stack from CT scanner - Is there a way to use bwpropfilt or blob detection / counting?

Hello,

Really struggling with MATLAB to process some 3D image stacks I have as I can't find the functionality I need to count objects and regions in 3D.

I have a stack of BW images and need to detect objects across the stacks.

Can MATLAB do this?
